Job summary

Wetcast is seeking a Builder II to produce precast concrete products in accordance with safety and production standards, performing intermediate building and forming duties with limited supervision. You will set up steel forms, read blueprints and CAD drawings, and measure, cut, and tie rebar as required.

You’ll help pour, finish, strip, and patch concrete while ensuring quality and teamwork on site. Candidates should read drawings, use hand and power tools, and operate forklifts after proper

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
• Previous experience in precast concrete, construction, manufacturing, or a related production environment preferred.
• Previous experience working with hand tools, power tools, saws, air tools, and grinders preferred.
• Experience reading blueprints, CAD drawings, or production drawings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and assemble steel forms for precast concrete products according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, production drawings, and basic specifications.
• Measure, cut, place, and tie rebar and steel mesh as required.
• Prepare forms and position reinforcing steel, inserts, embeds, and other components.
• Assist with pouring, finishing, stripping, reworking, and patching concrete products.
• Inspect work to ensure products meet quality requirements.
