Job summary

Eaton Corporation’s Fibrebond team in Minden, LA is hiring a Pre-cast Concrete Technician. Core hours are 6 am–4:30 pm, M-F, with overtime every other Saturday. The role involves assembling and finishing precast panels, reading blueprints, and maintaining safety standards in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Experience reading blueprints, tape measures, and written work instructions.
• Resides within the Minden, LA area (50-mile radius).
• Eaton will not sponsor employment visas or CPT/OPT programs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, cast, finish, and install precast concrete panels, roofs, and floors per blueprints.
• Prepare casting beds by positioning, lubricating, and adjusting rails, bulkheads, and forms.
• Operate carousel systems and material-handling equipment to move casting pallets.
• Inspect finished concrete components for defects and verify measurements per prints.
