Guides candidates through the preboarding process with clear communication, addressing barriers respectfully while maintaining service standards. Provides candidates with job-specific guidelines, incentive agreements, and state-specific forms. Performs primary source verification on licenses and certifications, validating employment eligibility with state regulatory bodies. Uploads required documents to the Document Management System, ensuring the employee file is accurate and complete. Other duties as assigned.
