Qualifications

• An Associate degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages the candidate preboarding process after offer acceptance.
• Communicates with Talent Acquisition recruiters, leaders, and facility HR.
• Audits candidate records to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Reviews licenses, certifications, education, and regulatory requirements to ensure candidates meet job descriptions before verification.
• Guides candidates through the preboarding process with clear communication.
• Uploads required documents to the Document Management System.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
