You will ensure accuracy in appointment scheduling across hospital and physician groups, and guide data entry to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Five years healthcare experience including knowledge of health insurance and regulatory guidelines.
• Leadership experience such as Team Lead is preferred.
• Ability to manage busy, fast-paced call-center environment.
• Familiarity with scheduling, pre-registration and insurance verification systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate Pre-Visit Services staff and operations.
• Maintain staff schedules and optimize FTEs for call volumes.
• Ensure accurate timekeeping for payroll processing.
• Train staff on scheduling, pre-registration and insurance verification systems.
• Ensure policy compliance with accreditation, CMS, state and federal requirements.
• Support cross-department collaboration to improve patient experience.
