Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: 1 year in patient/customer-facing role.
• Eligibility to work in the United States and Virginia state employment requirements.
• Preferred: CHAA certification with NAHAM.

Responsibilities

• Register patients into the health information system and collect demographic, insurance, and visit data.
• Verify insurance eligibility and coordinate with pre-authorization for financial clearance.
• Obtain signatures and collect upfront payments; maintain accurate records.
• Scans and documents patient information; supports bed center processes and admissions.
