Job summary

ECU Health Physicians is seeking a detail-oriented administrative assistant to enter surgeon office requests for surgery, including patient demographics and medical information. You will serve as the central contact coordinating pre-surgical information among the surgeon office and internal departments, ensuring documentation is accurate and accessible for day-of-surgery.

This full-time role follows a Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Three to four years related experience.
• High School or Equivalent (GED) or higher.

Responsibilities

• Enter surgeon office requests for surgery including patient demographics and medical information.
• Coordinate pre-surgical information between the surgeon office and internal departments prior to day of surgery.
