Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Pre-Suit Attorney for our Jacksonville, FL office. You will handle pre-litigation work, guide clients, draft filings, and oversee settlements while leading a 6-10 member Case Manager team. Strong rollers in advocacy and client service are essential for success.

The role reports to the Pre-Suit Operations Manager and emphasizes a high-volume, vigilant approach to personal injury cases, especially motor vehicle matters.

Qualifications

Active member in good standing with the FL State Bar.
2+ years of personal injury experience.
Ability to manage a high volume of pre-lit cases.
Excellent client service and communication skills.
Desire to join a trial team and contribute to case strategy.

Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day pre-litigation work.
Guide clients through the case process.
Draft and file pre-litigation documents.
Approve liability issues and complete TD approvals.
Oversee settlement negotiations and demand packages.
Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers.
Focus on personal injury cases, primarily motor vehicle.
Drive compliance and KPIs across the team.
Coordinate EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statements.
