Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. in Palm Harbor, FL seeks a Pre-Suit focused Attorney to manage pre-litigation work, guide clients, and draft documents. You will oversee a team handling primarily automotive personal injury cases and drive compliance and KPIs with the group.

Qualifications

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the FL State Bar Association.
• 1+ years of personal injury experience.
• Ability to manage high volume of pre-litigation cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work.
• Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents.
• Complete TD approval for liability issues.
• Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages.
• Manage the release approval process.
• Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers.
• Focus on personal injury cases, primarily automotive.
• Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team.
• EUOs, PIP statements, recorded statements.
