Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Pre-Suit Attorney to serve in our Atlanta or Alpharetta, GA offices. You will handle pre-litigation work, guide clients, draft documents, and oversee a team of 6-10 Case Managers focused on personal injury and general liability cases.

The role reports to the Pre-Suit Operations Manager and offers a full benefits package along with career growth in a leading personal injury firm.

Qualifications

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school.
• Active GA State Bar Association in good standing.
• 1+ years of personal injury experience.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Desire to become part of a trial team.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work.
• Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents.
• Complete TD approval for liability issues.
• Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages.
• Manage the release approval process.
• Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers.
• Focus on Personal injury cases, primarily general liability.
• Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team.
• EUOs, PIP Statements, recorded statements.
