Position Reporting To

Pre-Sales Support Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities
  1. Provide timely pre-sales support to ABB Sales, Distributors, Specification Engineers, Contractors, and End Users.
  2. Promote ABB sales opportunities by providing competitor product cross-reference support.
  3. Assist customers and sales teams with accurate product selection for specific applications.
  4. Collaborate with R&D, Supply Chain, and Product Management to develop commercial solutions.
  5. Work cross-functionally with global teams; document customer cases and actions using Salesforce; respond to customer calls as needed.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience with ABB and GE products.
  • Deep knowledge of ABB, GE, and competitor products including load centers, transformers, metering, breakers, panel boards, motor control, pushbuttons, safety switches, and MODBUS programming.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written, for interaction with US customers.
  • Experience in electrical distribution.
  • Engineering background.
  • Ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US.
