Job summary

Aaru is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge its AI-driven simulation platform with customers. You will lead technical discovery, translate client needs into concrete simulation designs, and deliver demonstrations and PoCs for senior stakeholders.

In this role, you’ll work with the commercial team through the sales process and ensure successful delivery with the deployment team, surfacing client insights to guide product direction.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in solutions engineering or similar delivery roles.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and clients.
• Ability to translate complex problems into technical designs.
• Strong written and verbal communication, especially with executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with prospective clients to capture objectives.
• Translate problems into well-specified simulation designs.
• Prepare and present demos and PoCs for senior stakeholders.
• Partner with the commercial team as the technical point of contact.
• Support transition from sale to delivery with the deployment team.
• Provide feedback to product/engineering based on client needs.
• Communicate complex data findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
