Job summary

Aaru is seeking a Deployment Lead in San Francisco to manage client relationships from discovery through long-term collaboration. You will guide tailored analyses and deliver simulation-driven insights to senior stakeholders, partnering with the founders to tackle diverse challenges using advanced predictive tech.

You will own engagements end-to-end, coordinate across engineering, product, and commercial teams, and identify opportunities for expansion across industries.

Qualifications

• 2+ years at a top consulting firm, investment bank, or strategic ops role at a high-growth startup
• Ability to shape unclear asks into crisp workstreams and deliver independently
• Strong analytical skills with complex data and clear written communication

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships end-to-end from discovery to long-term collaboration
• Present to senior client stakeholders (CEOs/CMOs/C-suite) with polished delivery
• Execute complex deliverables independently and at speed
• Coordinate with engineering, product, and commercial teams to keep deployments on track
• Identify and scope new engagement opportunities across industries
