Phenom Cloud is seeking a Senior Consultant in Workforce Strategy & Transformation to join Phenom Cloud Advisory. You will accelerate the growth of our HR advisory practice, collaborating with executive leadership to deliver high-impact engagements focused on workforce strategy, HR transformation, and AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in HR consulting, workforce strategy, HR transformation, management consulting, or technology advisory.
• Strong understanding of HR functions, including talent management, learning and development, workforce planning, or HR operations.
• Proven experience facilitating client workshops, leading strategic discussions, and presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to independently manage consulting workstreams, learn quickly, and thrive in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support advisory engagements focused on workforce transformation, HR strategy, AI adoption, and business innovation.
• Facilitate engaging client workshops and executive discussions that challenge conventional thinking and generate meaningful outcomes.
• Help clients address workforce challenges, particularly in manufacturing, including skills gaps, workforce readiness, talent development, and retention.
• Conduct industry research, business analysis, and technology assessments to uncover opportunities for innovation.
• Explore how AI and emerging technologies can transform HR and workforce operations beyond yesterday's processes.
• Develop compelling executive presentations, business cases, and strategic recommendations that tell a story.
• Engage confidently with senior stakeholders, asking smart questions and offering fresh perspectives.
• Collaborate with Phenom Cloud Advisory leadership to support practice growth and go-to-market initiatives.
• Support business development through client presentations, proposals, and identifying new opportunities.
• Help develop scalable consulting frameworks and strengthen client relationships as the practice grows.

We're looking for a Senior Consultant, Workforce Strategy & Transformation to join Phenom Cloud Advisory and help accelerate the growth of our Workforce Strategy & Transformation practice. We help organizations rethink HR and workforce challenges through innovative strategies, AI, and emerging technologies, with a particular focus on advanced manufacturing.

Duties & Responsibilities

Skills & Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in HR consulting, workforce strategy, HR transformation, management consulting, or technology advisory
• Strong understanding of HR functions, including talent management, learning and development, workforce planning, or HR operations
• Proven experience facilitating client workshops, leading strategic discussions, and presenting to senior stakeholders
• Ability to command a room, simplify complex ideas, and make executives lean in, not reach for their phones
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills, with the creativity to look beyond conventional solutions
• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills, with the ability to produce polished, executive-ready deliverables
• Ability to independently manage consulting workstreams, learn quickly, and thrive in ambiguous environments
• Creative and entrepreneurial mindset, with a willingness to challenge the status quo, experiment with new ideas, and turn them into action
• Ability to use AI to work smarter and faster without sacrificing independent thinking, creativity, or judgment. We're hiring a consultant, not a prompt engineer to outsource the thinking
