Job summary

Veeva Systems is a mission-driven SaaS company focused on life sciences. The Pre-sales Solution Consultant will demonstrate Vault CRM and AI-enabled solutions, collaborating with Account Partners to accelerate deals and customer value.

Based in the Greater Philadelphia area or other US regions, you’ll travel up to 30% and support discovery, workshops, and post-sale implementation planning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in pre-sales, implementation, or consulting within life sciences or pharma sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate tailored Vault CRM Suite and AI solutions mapped to customer goals.
• Own RFXs and provide accurate technical responses on platform functionality, security, and integrations.
• Lead consultative workshops that build trust around AI safety and AI-native workflows.
• Partner with Sales to co-own deal strategy and build customer relationships.
