Qualifications
- 5+ years in a Technical Account Management or Security Engineering role.
- Strong customer-facing and pre-sales experience.
- Experience translating security technologies into business value.
Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales support and technical account management to regional sales managers.
- Lead demos and PoCs, acting as the subject matter expert on Vectra solutions.
- Communicate across functions to ensure alignment on tools, docs and products.
- Build deep technical knowledge of the Vectra product line and ecosystem.
- Develop relationships with customers and channel partners to identify opportunities.
- Stay updated on current security landscape and competitors.
- Collaborate with engineers on high-level projects and reviews.
- Travel within region as needed.
