Job summary

MCPc in Cleveland, OH seeks a Sales Support Representative I to interact with Account Managers, Sales Support staff, vendor partners and clients. You will handle pre-sales opportunity management, quotes, and pricing workflows to support MCPc’s sales efforts.

The role emphasizes maintaining CRM updates, accurate record keeping, and timely responses while collaborating with teams to maximize client service and cash flow. Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years relevant Customer Service experience or formal business education required.
• Customer service and/or Sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process customer quote requests accurately and timely by reviewing requirements and obtaining best pricing.
• Manage open opportunities and use client portals for quote/proposal stages.
• Assist with maintenance of customer records and quoting functions.
• Expand MCPc business within assigned accounts and identify opportunities.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and colleagues in a professional manner.
• Escalate issues promptly to Client Service Leadership with required documentation.
