Job summary

MaintainX, an Autodesk company, seeks a Solutions Architect for Integrations in Raleigh to translate complex integration requirements into clear, actionable blueprints for delivery. You will partner with sales in pre-sales cycles, conduct technical discovery across ERP/EAM systems, and craft scoping artifacts for the post-sales team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a client-facing Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Technical Consulting, or similar role.
• Deep familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and modern integration patterns.
• Extensive hands-on knowledge of APIs, data flows, and systems architecture across engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with iPaaS platforms (Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, Zapier, or similar).
• Familiarity with SaaS delivery models, onboarding, post-sale deployment, and customer success workflows.
• Experience with enterprise systems like ERP or EAM (SAP, Oracle, IBM Maximo, Infor, etc.).
• Proven ability to scope technical work and translate into effort estimates.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives in pre-sales to uncover technical pain points related to asset management and maintenance.
• Lead technical discovery conversations with prospects about ERP, CMMS, EAM, and other enterprise systems to connect to MaintainX.
• Produce clear integration scope documents, data-flow diagrams, and effort estimates for post-sales handoff.
• Build a library of repeatable integration patterns, pre-built assets, and reference architectures.
• Represent feasibility and complexity in deal reviews, flag risks to Sales leadership.
• Collaborate with post-sales Integrations team to refine scoping templates and communicate pipeline.
• Deliver live demos and PoCs when required.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal to advocate for prospect needs and accelerate deal velocity.
