Job summary

Golden Star Technology Inc. (GST) seeks a Senior Solutions Architect to drive pre-sales activities and design enterprise IT solutions across data center, cloud, networking, and security. You will work with sales, customers and partners to translate technical solutions into business value.

You will craft proposals, roadmaps, and SOWs, lead demonstrations, and present clear business benefits to executives while staying current with industry trends and certifications.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of enterprise IT infrastructure, solutions architecture, or related experience.
• Experience designing and supporting data center, cloud, networking, virtualization, and storage.
• Experience creating quotes, proposals, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP/VCP/VMware/Microsoft/Aruba preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to identify, develop, and close customer opportunities.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions to assess customer environments, requirements, and business goals.
• Design and recommend enterprise infrastructure solutions, including compute, storage, networking, virtualization, cloud, and security technologies.
• Develop and present technical proposals, solution designs, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Deliver customer presentations, demonstrations, and whiteboard sessions to communicate solution value and business benefits.
• Provide technology roadmaps, strategic recommendations, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and professional services teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendor partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and maintain applicable vendor certifications.
