Redapt, Inc. is seeking a Cyber Solutions Architect to join the sales organization.

You will demonstrate cybersecurity capabilities, translate complex concepts into business value, and support customers throughout the sales cycle. The role requires strong cybersecurity expertise, excellent communication, and the ability to deliver technical trainings, architecture diagrams, and proposals that align with customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field.
• 5 years proven pre-sales engineering experience in cybersecurity.
• Strong technical expertise across firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, cloud security, observability, automation, vulnerability management, identity management and threat detection.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compelling product demonstrations of cybersecurity solutions.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical recommendations.
• Design and execute proofs of value to validate technology in customer environments.
• Develop customized presentations and technical proposals aligned with customer needs.
• Gather and document technical requirements from customers.
• Stay updated on product features and communicate them to clients.
• Perform competitive analysis and highlight unique value propositions.
• Collaborate with product development and marketing to provide customer insights.
• Provide customer training on cybersecurity solutions.
• Create technical documentation including solution architecture diagrams and implementation guides.
