Job summary

Redapt, Inc. is seeking a Cyber Solutions Architect to join our sales team. You will translate customer needs into cybersecurity solutions, conduct product demonstrations, and provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle.

The ideal candidate has a strong cybersecurity background, excellent communication skills, and experience in pre-sales engineering, with CISSP/CISM as a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• 5 years proven experience in a pre-sales engineering role in cybersecurity.
• Strong cybersecurity technology expertise across firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, cloud security, and threat detection.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for non-technical audiences.
• Experience delivering technical training and workshops; able to work in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compelling product demonstrations of cybersecurity solutions.
• Provide technical consultation to understand customer requirements and recommend solutions.
• Design and execute proof of value to validate technology in customer environments.
• Develop customized presentations and technical proposals aligned with customer needs.
• Gather and document technical requirements; stay updated on product features.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback from customer interactions.
• Deliver customer training on technical aspects and assist with documentation.
