Salary - 180-190k base with 15k quarterly bonuses

Location - Hybrid 4 days onsite in Atlanta or Seattle with 25% travel

About the Role

Insight Global is seeking a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect with deep Banking Experience expertise to partner with leading financial institutions on digital transformation initiatives.

This role sits at the intersection of consulting, solution architecture, and pre-sales. You'll work directly with clients to identify business challenges, shape technology solutions, lead workshops and demonstrations, and support banking modernization efforts across customer experience, digital channels, wealth management, onboarding, and personalization platforms.

What You'll Do

• Partner with banking and wealth management clients to solve complex business and technology challenges.
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept activities.
• Design solutions leveraging Cloud, Data, APIs, AI, CRM, and Experience Platforms.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and delivery teams to develop scalable customer solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to both technical and executive stakeholders.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Pre-Sales.
• Experience supporting banks, credit unions, wealth management organizations, or financial services customers.
• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following:
• Digital Banking Platforms
• Wealth Management Platforms
• Customer Onboarding Solutions
• CRM / Customer Experience Platforms
• Experience leading customer-facing discovery sessions, workshops, demos, presentations, or proof-of-concept engagements.
• Experience designing or architecting solutions involving cloud platforms, APIs, data integrations, or modern application architectures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics, Envestnet, Orion, Addepar, Black Diamond, Pega, or similar banking experience platforms.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Exposure to AI, personalization, customer data platforms, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Consulting background supporting financial services organizations.
