Job summary

Responsibilities

• Quotation Generation
• Accessory quoting and post sales management
• Telemarketing and business development
• Territory strategy, marketing, and catalog stocking
• Order processing
• Manage shipping arrangements, Invoice tracking and reporting
• Database development (OMS/CRM)
• Developing and mailing correspondence, answering telephones, filing of customer files, sales orders, invoices
• Provide administrative support to Sales staff
• Customer advocacy
• Other duties as assigned
