Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Registered Nurse to care for patients using the nursing process and to coordinate care with other departments. The role emphasizes accountability, patient rights, and confidentiality in a dynamic hospital setting.

You must hold a current RN license in the hiring state (or compact license) and meet state board requirements. BLS is required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire, with unit-specific certifications possibly required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Maintain RN license in the hiring state and meet state board requirements.
• Basic Life Support certification or completion within 30 days of hire.
• One or more unit-specific certifications may be required based on position/unit.

Responsibilities
