Mercy is seeking a registered nurse to utilize the nursing process to provide patient care and maintain professional accountability for the care of assigned patients.

You will evaluate the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers and coordinate patient care with other departments while ensuring patient rights and confidentiality in alignment with Mercy standards.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of a nursing program (AD/ Diploma/ BSN).
• RN license in hiring state or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification or within 30 days of hire.
• One or more unit-specific certifications may be required (ACLS/ALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, BLS, PALS, PEARS, STABLE, C-EFM).
