Job summary

Mercy is seeking an experienced RN to provide direct patient care using the nursing process within our hospital. You will maintain patient rights, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure care aligns with Mercy Service Standards and mission.

The role emphasizes evaluating care effectiveness, coordinating with other departments, and upholding professional accountability for patient care. A current RN license and BLS are required, with unit-specific certifications pursued as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Certifications may be required per unit (ACLS/ALS, NICU/NBN, ENPC, TNCC, PALS, etc.).
