Job summary

Mercy is seeking an RN to deliver patient care using the nursing process and to maintain accountability for the care of assigned patients. The role coordinates with other departments and upholds patient rights and confidentiality in alignment with Mercy Service Standards.

Education required includes an ADN, Diploma, or BSN, and licensure in the hiring state or a compact state. BLS is required; additional certifications may be needed based on unit.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the hiring state or a compact license.
• Graduate of a nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• BLS certification or successful completion within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to meet department-specific certifications as required.
