SCI Providence is seeking an Advance Planning Funeral Director to serve client families by arranging pre-need plans, meeting families at the funeral home or virtually, and driving location revenue. You will present service and property solutions tailored to each family's needs while delivering compassionate, personalized service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of college or an equivalent education/experience
• 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred
• Current state driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Insurance license if required by state/province law
• State Funeral Directors License
• Funeral Directors License

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients at least 1–2 hours daily and obtain referrals
• Meet with families to discuss pre-need and at-need services, in person or virtually
• Network with communities and explain solutions to families
• Collaborate with funeral directors and location managers to ensure seamless, high-quality service
