Dave Cross Motors is seeking motivated Sales Representatives who want to build lasting relationships with customers. Our focus is on customer satisfaction, and we provide a supportive environment aimed at employee success.

The position offers a base salary of $3,000 per month, plus bonuses based on performance, with earning potential exceeding $200,000 for top achievers. Benefits include medical and dental coverage, vacation, and 401K plans.

Brand New Pay Plan!! $3,000 per month salary(not a draw). PLUS UNIT BONUS!

Just like all the other dealers around. We offer benefits and a good pay plan. But I'm not going to tell you the pay range is between $45,000-$145,000. That's ridiculous. If you put the effort in, you will get paid. If you don't then you won't. I have a Sales Rep that makes well over 200k a year. And I have a Sales Rep that makes 36k a year. The difference is work ethic, commitment and desire. Which one are you?

Responsibilities

• Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Be the vehicle expert. Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
• Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day
