Job summary

Porsche Cars North America in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Pre-Owned (CPO) program operations. You will own program compliance, analytics, reporting, and cross-functional coordination with Sales, Finance, IT, and dealer networks.

The role focuses on data accuracy for Porsche Finder, forecasting, vendor management, and training materials for Porsche Centers, with hybrid schedule and travel occasional.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CPO programs, automotive retail, dealer compliance and audit controls.
• Experience turning strategy into executable policies, procedures and programs.
• Experience managing dealer-facing digital platforms and reporting/dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational input, market data, and reporting to inform short- and long-term CPO strategy.
• Serve as the functional expert and program owner for Pre-Owned operations, advising on complex CPO matters.
• Administer CPO compliance standards and oversee audits and vendor management.
• Guide field APOMs on CPO policies, procedures, and day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate CPO marketing activities, campaigns, and merchandising standards across the network.
• Maintain CPO forecasting, analytics, and reporting with dashboards for Areas and Centers.
• Ensure data integrity of Porsche Finder pre-owned inventory and IT systems.
• Oversee vendor relationships and contract renewal with senior management.
• Develop CPO training materials for Porsche Center personnel and manage internal support.
