Job summary

Corestaff Services, acting as MSP for Porsche Cars North America, seeks a Delivery Program Coordinator to manage the PEC Delivery process in Atlanta, GA. You will work with Porsche Dealers and customers to schedule and facilitate deliveries from pre-delivery to post-delivery, ensuring accuracy and a smooth experience.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree in Business or related field.
• Automotive industry experience preferred.
• 2 years customer service experience required.
• Direct sales and marketing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate PEC Delivery information to dealers and customers.
• Process PEC Delivery orders from pre-delivery to post-delivery.
• Develop and maintain PEC Delivery internal dealer communications.
• Assist in promoting the PEC Delivery program through Porsche publications and events.
• Resolve customer/dealer complaints with the CRM team.
• Coordinate with PEC Team to schedule Deliveries and with logistics for transportation.
