Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Michigan Mechanic Certification is required.
• Excellent communication skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Receive repair orders from dispatcher and assign to stall area.
• Perform work as outlined on repair orders according to dealer and factory standards.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs authorized by the customer.
• Coordinate with Parts to obtain required components and ensure availability.
• Document all work and conduct road tests to verify customer complaints are addressed.
• Adhere to safety and housekeeping policies and federal/state/local regulations.
• Attend training and stay updated with factory bulletins.
