Responsibilities

• Receive repair orders from dispatcher and take to stall area.
• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy.
• Diagnose cause of malfunction and perform repair as authorized.
• Communicate with Parts Department to obtain needed parts.
• Tag and save parts, turn in parts if under warranty or requested.
• Inform service advisor of additional work or changes in schedule.
• Document work performed and road-test vehicles.
• Conduct quality checks and attend training classes.
• Stay updated on factory technical bulletins and safety policies.
• Keep customers’ vehicles clean and follow safety rules.
