Responsibilities

• Receive repair orders from dispatcher and take to stall area.
• Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform repairs as authorized.
• Communicate with Parts Department to obtain needed parts.
• Tag and save parts, return parts if under warranty or requested by customer.
• Inform service advisor if additional work is needed or timelines cannot be met.
• Road-test vehicles to verify repairs address the issue.
• Quality check completed work.
• Attend training classes and stay updated with factory bulletins.
