Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive repair orders and perform vehicle repair and maintenance to dealer and factory standards.
• Diagnose malfunctions, obtain required parts, and document work performed.
• Road-test vehicles and ensure repairs address customer concerns.
• Communicate with the Parts Department and service advisor as needed.
• Attend training classes and stay updated on factory bulletins.
