Job summary

Bon Secours Harbour View is seeking a qualified Operating Room Registered Nurse to deliver exceptional perioperative care in a dynamic surgical team environment.

The role supports 40-hour weeks with Days/Evenings shifts and requires RN licensure with a nursing degree (Associates or Bachelors). Strong OR/critical care background is preferred, and sign-on bonuses up to $20,000 are available along with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• RN license required
• Nursing degree (Associates or Bachelors) required
• Two years of RN experience in Critical Care preferred
• OR internship/training preferred
• CNOR/SGNA credentials encouraged

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessment
• Observe the surgery and assist to create a safe environment
• Manage nursing care in the OR and coordinate with the team
• Provide pre-op, intra-op, and post-op care, including discharge instructions
• Other duties as assigned
