Job summary

Bon Secours is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Operating Room at Harbour View Medical Center in Virginia. The role requires delivering high-quality perioperative nursing care across pre-, intra-, and post-operative phases.

The position offers a 40-hour week (days) with a sign-on bonus up to $20,000. Candidates should have an RN license, be able to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and meet education requirements outlined above.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associates degree or Bachelors degree in Nursing.
• Current state licensure as an RN.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications preferred at hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team.
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessment.
• Observe the surgery and assist to maintain a safe environment for the patient.
• Coordinate nursing care in the OR with other care providers.
• Provide pre-op, intra-op, and post-op care.
