Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Server Assistant for Dellshire Resort, a pre-opening, four-star property in Wisconsin Dells. You will support the front-of-house team by clearing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting servers to ensure smooth guest service in a fast-paced, guest-centered environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers by clearing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables and support timely guest service.
• Maintain dining area cleanliness, side stations, and service corridors.
• Ensure tables, chairs, glassware, and utensils are sanitized and stocked.
• Restock service stations with silverware, napkins, condiments, and supplies.
• Support water and beverage refills and respond to guest requests.
• Communicate with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Assist in setup and breakdown of dining rooms, buffets, or banquets.
• Transport soiled dishes to the dishwashing area safely.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures and restaurant standards.
