Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is welcoming applicants for a Server position at Dellshire Resort, part of our Pyramid family. You will provide high-quality dining experiences in a themed, pre-opening environment, delivering attentive service and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring experience in upscale or high-volume dining, strong communication and sales skills, and a good understanding of food safety. Wisconsin certifications will be required within 30 days of starting.

Qualifications

• Experience in upscale or high-volume dining preferred.
• Strong communication, sales, and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards preferred.
• Food Safety Certification and Wisconsin Alcohol Beverage Certification required within 30 days of employment and must be re-certified as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service dining including greeting, order taking, food and beverage delivery, and check presentation.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menus, ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods.
• Enter orders into POS accurately and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and anticipate needs throughout the dining experience.
• Maintain assigned section, ensuring cleanliness and readiness at all times.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Follow all alcohol service guidelines and verify identification as required.
• Communicate with kitchen and support staff to ensure service flow.
• Participate in side work, opening, and closing duties.
• Uphold company service standards, policies, and safety procedures.
