The role requires at least one year of serving in a busy or upscale setting, strong communication, and the ability to multitask. You’ll learn the Dellshire style, with opportunities for growth, training, and competitive pay, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• One year of serving experience in a high-volume or upscale environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking.
• Knowledge of wine, spirits and craft beverages preferred.
• Must be 18+ and certified in Wisconsin Food Safety and Alcohol within 30 days.
• Flexible schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests professionally.
• Present menus and features; answer questions.
• Take and enter orders accurately into POS.
• Deliver orders timely and ensure accuracy.
• Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs.
• Address guest concerns professionally.
• Process payments following procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of sections and stations.
• Assist with side duties such as restocking.
• Follow sanitation and service standards.
• Participate in pre-shift meetings and resort events.
