Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN or MSN from an accredited college of nursing required OR ADN with 5 years from date of hire.
• For MJE Progressive Care: BSN preferred or required; ADN acceptable with transition timeline.

Responsibilities

• Provide age-appropriate nursing care and ensure patient comfort.
• Perform initial and ongoing assessments to determine care needs.
• Develop, review and revise individualized care plans in collaboration with the team.
• Implement safe nursing interventions per plan and standards of care.
• Evaluate patient responses and communicate changes via SBAR.
• Maintain professional behavior and effective communication with staff and patients.
