Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed as an RN.
• Must demonstrate strong interpersonal communication and clinical skills.
• BLS required; ACLS and PALS preferred depending on unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide age-appropriate patient care and ensure comfort.
• Assess patient needs, document findings, and triage as needed.
• Develop and revise care plans in collaboration with the team.
• Administer medications and assist with procedures per physician orders.
• Maintain infection control practices and accurate charting.
