• Ability to communicate clearly with the healthcare team and patients/families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care tailored to patient age and needs.
• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments and document findings.
• Prepare patients for physician exams and procedures; monitor vital signs and pain.
• Collaborate with providers and other disciplines; educate patients and families.
