Qualifications

• BSN degree and RN license in TX.
• 1 year RN experience required upon hire.
• CPR certification required.
• ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Admission assessments and ongoing assessment of patient conditions; notify doctor of changes.
• Plan, direct, evaluate and document care plans and discharge needs; collaborate with other disciplines.
• Prepare patients for treatments, treatments and diagnostics; maintain patient safety and report changes.
• Reassess patients after interventions and adjust care as needed; monitor for changes.
• Provide bedside shift reports to ensure continuity of care with oncoming staff.
