Job summary

St. Luke’s Health – The Woodlands Hospital invites qualified Registered Nurse candidates to join our team. You will deliver compassionate, high-quality care, perform skilled procedures, and implement individualized patient care plans within an interdisciplinary team.

The role requires an ADN or equivalent, TX RN licensure at hire, CPR/BLS, ACLS if possible, and a minimum of one year RN experience. Work is performed in a hospital setting with emphasis on patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or equivalent required.
• RN license valid in TX at time of hire.
• Current CPR/BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• Minimum one year of RN experience at hire.
• Registered Nurse in the state of Texas at hire.

Responsibilities

• Assessment: admission and ongoing assessment of patient’s condition; notify physician of changes.
• Planning: develop and document care plan and discharge goals; coordinate with other clinicians.
• Implementation: prepare patients for treatments and procedures; follow physician orders and safety protocols.
• Evaluation: reassess and adjust care as patient needs change; communicate changes to team.
• Report Skills: hand off care with Bedside Shift Report, ensuring continuity.
