You will perform skilled procedures, implement individualized care plans, and uphold patient safety practices in a fast paced environment while contributing to ongoing professional growth and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• BSN degree required with RN licensure in TX; minimum 1 year RN experience.
• Competence in RN performance expectations or equivalent experience.
• Licensed RN in TX at hire with CPR certification.
• BLS/CPR required within 14 days; ACLS within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients on admission and ongoing; provide comprehensive nursing care.
• Plan, direct, evaluate and document the care plan and discharge needs with interdisciplinary teams.
• Prepare patients for treatments, surgeries and diagnostics; relay changes to the team and follow safety protocols.
• Reassess patients after interventions and adjust care as needed.
• Give/receive bedside shift reports to ensure continuity of care.
