Job summary

St. Luke’s Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) at our The Woodlands Hospital location in Texas. You will provide compassionate, high-quality care and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient recovery.

The role requires strong assessment, critical thinking, and adherence to safety protocols in a fast-paced environment. Pay ranges from $35.45 to $55.36 per hour and is offered as full-time, on-site employment.

Qualifications

• Associates Other in Nursing (required).
• At least one (1) year of RN experience upon hire.
• Demonstrated competence in Registered Nurse I performance expectations or meets experience requirements upon hire.
• Registered Nurse: TX, upon hire.
• Basic Life Support - CPR, within 14 days.

Responsibilities

• Assessment: admission and ongoing assessment of patient’s condition and nursing care needs.
• Planning: design, direct, evaluate and document plan of care and transitions of care.
• Implementation: prepare patients for treatments and procedures, report changes, follow safety protocols.
• Evaluation: reassess patients after interventions and adjust care as needed.
• Report Skills: give/receive bedside reports for continuity of care.
• Environment & Patient Safety: maintain safe environment and report hazards immediately.
