Job summary

Surgery Partners in Westmont, IL is seeking an experienced RN for Pre-Op and PACU to ensure patient safety across the peri-anesthesia continuum. You will educate patients, perform health assessments, and develop individualized care plans, preparing them for invasive procedures and discharge instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-procedure assessments and formulate a plan of care.
• Prepare patients for surgical procedures and provide pre-operative education and instructions.
• Assess and monitor post-anesthesia and sedated patients in the PACU.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and hospital staff to improve patient care quality.
