Lawrenceville Surgery Center is recruiting an RN for Pre Op and PACU to provide continuous nursing care for patients recovering from anesthesia. The RN will monitor patients, ensure safety, comfort, and privacy, and assist physicians during procedures as needed.

The ideal candidate will hold an active RN license, BLS/ACLS, and have PACU or critical care experience. This role offers a sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, with emphasis on patient-centered care and teamwork.

Qualificações

• RN licensure in good standing
• BLs/ACLS certifications current and active
• Experience in PACU or critical care preferred
• Ability to apply nursing judgement to patient care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsabilidades

• Provide continuity and quality nursing care through PACU for post-anesthesia patients
• Assist physicians in procedure rooms and maintain sterile technique
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care before discharge
• Prioritize workload while ensuring patient safety and privacy

PreOp/PACU Registered Nurse at Center Lawrenceville Surgery Center

The PreOp/PACU Registered Nurse provides continuity and quality nursing care for all patients, with continual evaluation of the patient's condition, providing patient safety, comfort, and privacy at all times. May assist the physicians in the procedure rooms with various tasks, including conscious sedation, and utilizing sterile techniques as deemed appropriate. Will provide total comprehensive patient care to patients emerging from general anesthesia and/or sedation; assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the patient and family in preparation for discharge

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing

  
  



• Active RN license in the state

  
  



• BLS and ACLS Required, PALS if required by the center

  
  



• 2 years of experience in PACU or Critical Care preferred

  
  



• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment

  
  



• Able to prioritize and organize workload to meet the needs of patients and the unit

  
  



• Strong communication skills, verbal and written
