Eastwest Georgia Surgery Center is hiring a Pre Op PACU Registered Nurse. The RN provides continuity of care, safety, and comfort for patients before and after anesthesia, with responsibilities in patient assessment, planning, and discharge readiness.
Qualified candidates have an accredited RN degree, Georgia RN license, CPR/ACLS/PALS, and at least 3 years in intra-operative settings. Opportunities include comprehensive benefits and a collaborative clinical environment.

The Prep Op PACU Registered Nurse provides continuity and quality nursing care for all patients, with continual evaluation of the patient's condition, providing patient safety, comfort, and privacy at all times. May assist the physicians in the procedure rooms with various tasks, conscious sedation, and utilizing sterile techniques as deemed appropriate. Will provide total comprehensive patient care to patients emerging from general anesthesia and/or sedation; assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the patient and family in preparation for discharge.
